About Project
This 3 bhk flat located in the prime location of Pune city is designed with an earthen and ethnic vision. Bespoke luxury with play of colours in every room takes on a whole new meaning expressed here in every detail. Making the space visually bigger without compromising on the storage space was the main design issue to be tackled.
Color is celebrated throughout the house. Grey matte flooring with earthen highlights give a sense of tropical abode. Each room has its own colour palette enhancing the usage of every room.
Living room is adorned with a wall-to-wall TV unit detecting grandiosity and dignity. Playing with the shades of grey in flooring, upholstery and furniture, it is complemented with greens and blues, thus making the space earthen yet dynamic. The kitchen and dining is in continuity with the living room with respect to the colours, design and detailing, making it one space as a whole. The bar unit behind the dining table forms the focus point having riveting detailing and lighting backed with an absorbing tile pattern.
The study area in the guest bedroom has a cozy vibe with wooden ceiling, warm lighting and floor-to-ceiling cabinets. Further the devghar is designed in the same language keeping the warmth alive. The printed fabric curtain and a warm wall highlight additionally gives an ethnic sense to the room.
The passage connecting the guest bedroom to the other two rooms is embellished with a stone basin sitting on top of basalt stone which runs throughout the passage. A full size huge mirror and a massive colorful painting act as accessories to this terrestrial theme.
The play of pastels in the master bedroom is a breath of fresh air. Wardrobe design with wooden grooves on the lower side in continuity with the wooden flooring, decorated with wooden handles gives it a look of simplicity yet elegance.
A floor-to-ceiling bookshelf with an interesting juxtaposition of shelves and a low height platform bed is what attracts everyone to the kid’s bedroom. A balance of soft and hard furniture, smart furniture massing and appropriate color usage helps to make this room look bigger than it actually is. The inviting bookshelf and an interactive platform bed gives a playful identity to this room.
