About Project

Spread across 1600 sq.ft., a 3-bhk luxury apartment evokes a sense of tranquility. The aim was to create a contemporary design doused in hues of soothing shades.

The entrance is enhanced in shades of  white and gold adding grandeur to the lobby. The gold metal arches on the wall create an enchanting experience. Adorned with white chic flutings with a marble console table in front of it adds a lavish beauty and creates a lasting impression.

For the living room, we have opted for a palette dominated by greys, blacks and whites, with mild infusions of blue. This was further complemented by materials like wood, marble, brass and tinted glass.

The grey flutings on the wall behind the sofa create an antithesis with the patterned fluted TV unit panelling in wooden texture. A horizontal wall light acts as an ornament to the fluted wall thus adding a subtle variation to the wall. One of the walls of the dining room is furnished with patterned glass creating a play of textures and making the dining area appear bigger.

Parent’s bedroom flanked right beside the living room displays a tinge of minimalism and a whole lot of eclecticism. The pastel shades in pinks and greens give a subdued and restful touch to the room. The mouldings on the walls add a hint of vogue and sassiness to the entire room.

The master bedroom with a muted palette mostly in the shades of grey and with a hint of blues and greens add a sense of peacefulness. The golden plated brass in between adds a radiance to the bed back fabric cushioning. A snug window seating with a small bookshelf at the side creates a cozy corner niche. The study table of marble and brass, with a grey patterned wall behind creates an absorbing elevation. The glass wardrobes at the backdrop adds airiness and delicacy to the elevation.

The kid’s bedroom is made peppy and perky by introducing shades of red, grey and white. The backlit headrest accentuates the wall and the art displayed on it. Grey cushioned window seating adds grace and balances the shades of red in the bedroom. Details of handles, seating and curved mirror add a playfulness to the room. The TV unit and study table is kept minimal to divert all the focus to the bed back wall.
